Possible solution:
Your media player may have lost connection with the server.
Try refreshing your browser:
click the 'Refresh' or 'Reload' button on the browser
right-click the browser window; select Refresh
press 'ctrl + R' or 'apple + R' on a Mac
If this does not work, close your browser, restart it and try again.
Why is the audio quality poor?
You may be experiencing a problem associated with a slow, or busy, connection.
If you are viewing with Windows Media Player, try the RealPlayer, as this often delivers better audio quality at lower data rates.
If you are viewing a video option and still experiencing poor audio with the RealPlayer, try log-off from the presentation, then log back on to the presentation, but selecting the audio only option.
What is a good internet connection?
A good internet connection requires a fast connection, which is not busy. This means that even if you are viewing on a lease line, if many people are sharing this connection, your connection speed may still be slow.
